Billing and plans

The Billing page in Settings shows the plan your account is on, and how it is paid for. If you don't have one yet, it says No plan yet and asks you to pick a plan to subscribe.

Compare plans

Under Plans you can subscribe to, each plan lists its monthly price and its limits:

• Emails per month
• Texts per month
• Contacts
• People (seats)
• Journeys
• Email checks per month
• AI voice minutes per month

Plans and prices can differ between accounts, so use the page itself for the current figures.

Subscribe

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Find the plan you want and click Subscribe.
3. You're taken to a secure payment page, where an admin enters payment details. Your card details are never stored by Mosaic.
