What is Mosaic?

Mosaic is where your team plans, writes and sends email and SMS campaigns, with safety checks built in so a message never goes out by accident.

What you can do in Mosaic

• Keep your contacts in one place. Each contact belongs to one brand, and Mosaic records when and how they agreed to hear from you.
• Build email campaigns. Start from a layout, then drag blocks into the editor. No code needed.
• Send texts. Open a contact and send a text. Mosaic checks it before it goes.
• Stay compliant. Opt-out wording, quiet hours and consent are checked for you.

Test mode

If you see a Test mode badge at the top of the screen, nothing is really sent. Test sends and approvals are recorded in Mosaic only, which makes it a safe place to practise.
