Campaign statuses explained

The Campaigns page lists your drafts, approvals and sends across your brands.

Find a campaign

The tabs across the top filter the list: All, Drafts, In review and Sent, each with a count. Use Brand to look at one brand, or all of them.

The columns

Each row shows the campaign's name, brand and channel (Email or SMS). It also shows its status, who created it, when it was last updated, and, once sent, how many it was Sent to and how many Opens it had.

Statuses

• Draft. You're still working on it. Nothing has been requested.
• Awaiting approval. It has been sent for approval, and a person needs to approve it. See review and approve a campaign.
• Sent. It has gone out. See read your analytics for how it did.
