A journey is an automated sequence of follow-ups. It follows up with the people your CRM or app enrols, using emails, texts, waits and branches. You approve a version once, and Mosaic then sends each step automatically.
Safety still applies
Journeys stay inside the same safeguards as campaigns. Mosaic sends each step within its limits, opt-ins and kill switches. See how approvals and safety checks work.
Start a journey
- Open Journeys.
- Use Brand to choose which brand it's for.
- Click New journey.
If you haven't made any yet, the page shows "No journeys yet" with a New journey button.
